- Mould treatment
Services are provided following an on-site inspection and a personalised quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are free and non-binding. Prices include VAT (where applicable) and may vary based on the complexity of the intervention found during the inspection.
Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings made through the Website or by phone can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a partial fee.
Service Guarantee
TIsistemo guarantees the professional quality of its interventions. If the problem reappears within the agreed period, the Company commits to carrying out an additional intervention at no extra cost, within the conditions agreed in the quote.
Liability
The Company exclusively uses authorised and certified professional products. TIsistemo cannot be held liable for damages resulting from:
- Failure to follow the instructions provided to the client
- Pre-existing structural conditions of the property
- Infestations originating from untreated areas or neighbouring properties
Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (texts, images, logo, graphics) is the exclusive property of TIsistemo or the respective rights holders. Reproduction, even partial, without written authorisation is prohibited.
Website Usage
The user agrees to use the Website lawfully and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to:
