2. Data Collected

We collect the following personal data when you use our services or our website:

• Contact data (first name, last name, email, phone, address)
• Data related to the service request
• Photos you choose to attach to your request
• Technical browsing data (IP address, browser, pages visited)
• Anonymous statistical data (device, browser, operating system, geographic origin, pages visited)
• Technical and session cookies

3. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Management of contact and quote requests
• Delivery of the requested services
• Legal and accounting obligations
• Improvement of the website and services

4. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in any case in compliance with the retention periods required by Swiss law.

Unless different legal obligations apply, navigation statistics are retained for up to 180 days, contact requests for up to 24 months, bookings and intervention requests for up to 36 months, client documents for up to 10 years, and technical backups according to the configured rotation.

6. Cookies

Our website only uses its own cookies, with no advertising or third-party cookies: “tisistemo-session” (session, 2 hours) and “XSRF-TOKEN” (form protection, 2 hours), which are required for the site to work; “tisistemo_locale” (chosen language, 1 year); “tisistemo_analytics_consent” (your choice about statistics, 1 year). The choice made in the banner is also saved in your browser (localStorage). Statistics are optional and active only with consent. You can change your preferences at any time via the footer link or your browser settings.

7. Website Statistical Analysis

This website uses an internal statistical analysis system, active only after consent to analytics cookies. Data is collected in minimised form exclusively to improve the service offered. Specifically, we record:

• Pages visited and access time
• Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
• Browser and operating system used
• Country of origin and, if enabled, approximate region/city through IP geolocation; the IP address is not stored in analytics
• Preferred browser language
• Referring website (referer)

This data is used solely for aggregate statistical purposes. The session identifier is stored only as a non-reversible hash and is not used for marketing or profiling.

8. Recipients and external services

The website and email are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, with data centres in Switzerland. Other technical providers may process data only as far as needed for backups and maintenance. We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties for advertising. If analytics geolocation is enabled, the IP address is sent to ipwho.is to obtain an approximate location and the result is stored in reduced form.

Pages containing the interactive map (for example Home and Contact) load map tiles from OpenStreetMap servers (tile.openstreetmap.org), operated by the OpenStreetMap Foundation. To display the map, your IP address is transmitted to this provider. The map is purely informational, showing our service area, and does not install profiling cookies.
